Digi Dhaam – Data & Account Deletion Policy

1. No Account Required

Digi Dhaam does not require users to create an account. All core features — Panchang, Darshan, Mandir Details, Events, Calendar, E-Sahitya, and general information — work fully without login or registration. The app does not create or store any online user profile.

2. What Personal Data Digi Dhaam Stores

Digi Dhaam only stores minimal, non-sensitive, and optional data, locally on the device: Name (optional) → Used only for personalized greetings inside the app. Preferred Language (Hindi / English) Preferred Location → Used for Panchang calculation and local timings Favorites & App Preferences Notification choices Nothing is stored on Digi Dhaam servers.

3. “Delete My Account” Option (Account Deletion Equivalent)

To comply with Apple’s account deletion requirements, Digi Dhaam provides a complete user data removal option. Users can delete all stored data from: Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account When used, this action will: Remove saved name Remove language preference Remove location preference Remove favorites Remove notifications preferences Clear all local storage Reset the app to first-launch state This is equivalent to “account deletion” because no online account exists.

4. Instant and Permanent Deletion

Deleting data is immediate, automatic, and cannot be undone. No email, support ticket, or external process is required. A confirmation popup prevents accidental deletion.
